Supporting Youth and Student Athletes
At UpLift, our mission is simple: to level the playing field. For us, that means removing the financial obstacles that take youth and student athletes out of the game. Through the support of our generous sponsors and partnerships, we provide parents and athletes the assistance they need to purchase gear, fund club dues, and pay for travel. We even help cover tournament and elite training facility costs.
UpLift believes nobody deserves to be sidelined by finances. That’s why we work hard to ensure student athletes of every age, sport, and skill level are able to stay in the game.
Providing Kids the
Building Blocks of Success
Youth sports programs serve as a practice field for life. Sports teach kids important life skills like communication, teamwork, and leadership. They also empower kids to set and achieve their goals—on the field, track, court, or course, every athlete is judged by their skill and discipline, not their life circumstances.

UpLift believes sports provide kids with three basic building blocks: teamwork, grit, and growth.
Teamwork
Sports teach kids the value of working with coaches, teammates, and even parents, towards a common goal. Both at practice and on competition days, athletes learn valuable communication and leadership skills that they’ll practice throughout their lives.
Grit
Whether it’s setting a new personal record during pre-race training, digging deep for the last minute of a match, or congratulating the other team after a loss, sports requires both physical and mental grit. Through athletics, kids learn resilience—how to stand up and try again, even when life knocks you down.
Growth
Sports encourage kids to step outside their comfort zone and overcome obstacles. They help student athletes tap into a growth mindset by prioritizing practice and discipline over natural talent. After all, the first step towards success is showing up ready to play. When kids achieve their sports’ goals, it teaches them that they can achieve their life goals.
